Mr Todd joins from Brookes Bell Jarrett Kirman, one of the world's leadingmarine experts, surveyors and consultants. Mr Todd, a Chartered Engineer,started his career with 14 years at sea on a wide range of vessels. Afterjoining Brookes Bell in 1983 he became a partner in 1986 and was appointedmanaging partner in 2001, a post he held for over 6 years of sustained growth.He has extensive experience of ships operations and has been the lead expert onmany high profile projects, including recently the wreck removal operation ofMSC Napoli.
