Focus Solutions Group PLC20 March 2007 Focus Solutions Group Plc ("the Company") Total Voting Rights and Additional Listing For the purposes of Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company's total issued share capital at the date of this notice is 29,297,326. The Company's issued share capital consists of 29,297,326 ordinary shares of 10p each, with one voting right per share. There are no shares held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 29,297,326. The above figure of 29,297,326 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules. The above figure includes 356,000 ordinary shares which have been issued due to an exercise of 166,000 options at 14.586p per share and 190,000 options at 20.0p per share by a former employee of the Company. The Company has made application for the 356,000 new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and admission is expected to occur on 26 March 2007.
