The Company announced earlier today that Peter Dicks, a Non-Executive Director of the Company and a person discharging managerial responsibilities in the Company ("PDMR"), has, on 11 May 2023, acquired 100,000 ordinary shares at a price of 110.84p per share.
In total, Peter Dicks will be interested in 283,105 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.0464% per cent of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
