Declaration of Dividend

Foresight Solar is pleased to announce the third interim dividend, in respect of the period 1 July 2022 to 30 September 2022, of 1.78 pence per ordinary share (the "Dividend"). The shares will go ex-dividend on 26 January 2023 and the Dividend will be paid on 24 February 2023 to shareholders on the register as at the close of business on 27 January 2023.

Foresight Solar confirms its dividend target of 7.12 pence per ordinary share for 2022 financial year.

The Board will keep under consideration the re-instatement of the Scrip Offer in respect of future quarterly dividends, subject to an assessment of the relevant prices and a determination that a re-instatement of the Scrip Offer would be for the benefit of the Company's shareholders as a whole.
