Foresight Solar announces that, as previously announced, Peter Dicks has stepped down as a Director of the Company from the close of today's Annual General Meeting (AGM).

Commenting on the change, Alexander Ohlsson, Chairman of Foresight Solar, said: "Over the last 10 years, Peter has brought extensive capital markets knowledge to the Board's discussions and oversight of the Company, always with joy and respect, directly contributing to its growth. I want to thank him for his commitment and contribution during that time and wish him all the best in his next endeavour."
