PDMR Notification
The Company announces that Peter Dicks, a Non-Executive Director of the Company and a person discharging managerial responsibilities in the Company ("PDMR"), has, on 23 March 2023, acquired 100,000 ordinary shares at a price of 110.4 pence per share and, on 28 February 2023, acquired 1,267 ordinary shares at a price of 114.8 pence per share.
In total, Peter Dicks will be interested in 183,105 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.0300% per cent of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
