The Company announces that Peter Dicks, a Non-Executive Director of the Company and a person discharging managerial responsibilities in the Company ("PDMR"), on 1 September 2021, acquired 1,303 ordinary shares at a price of 101.38 per share and on 2 March 2022, acquired 1,274 ordinary shares at a price of 105.399 pence per share.
In total Peter Dicks will be interested in 78,309 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.0128% per cent of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
