The Company announces that Christopher Ambler, a Non Executive Director of the Company and a person discharging managerial responsibilities in the Company ("PDMR"), on 22 October 2018, has been allotted 8,744 ordinary shares at a price of 107.5 pence per share under the Placing announced on 4 October 2018.
In total Christopher Ambler will be interested in 26,265 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.0048 per cent of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital following admission.
