Frontera Resources Corporation (London Stock Exchange, AIM Market - Symbol: FRR; OTC Market, U.S.A. - Symbol: FRTE), an independent oil and gas exploration and production company, today announces that it received notification on 14 February 2011 that following a sale of shares in the Company, DDJ Capital Management, LLC ("DDJ") no longer holds a notifiable interest in the Company's share capital. DDJ continues to hold convertible notes and warrants to purchase shares of common stock. The shares were sold in connection with planned fund liquidations by DDJ.
