Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs")
Frontera Resources Corporation (AIM: FRR), the European focused independent oil and gas exploration and production company, was notified on 8 May 2018 by Zaza Mamulaishvili, President and CEO, of the purchase of 26,000,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.16 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company, totaling £126,400. Following this share purchase, Mr Mamulaishvili holds a total of 1,040,259,226 Ordinary Shares, representing 6.6 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital. The share purchase occurred at the available market price as set forth below.
