Q3 2022 Dividend Declaration

In line with FRP's quarterly dividend policy, the Board has declared an interim dividend of 0.8p per eligible share in relation to the Company's third quarter which ended on 31 January 2022. The ex-dividend date is 19 May 2022, the record date is 20 May 2022 and the payment date is 17 June 2022.

This takes the total dividend for the first three quarters of the current financial year ending 30 April 2022 to 2.4p per eligible share (Q1 2022: 0.8p; Q2 2022: 0.8p).

The Group expects to give a full year trading update in mid-May 2022.
