Director's Dealings

Fairpoint announces that, on 21 November 2008, Hanover Investors Management (Cayman) Limited bought 50,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 37.25p per share. 

Matthew Peacock, a non-executive director of the Company, is a director and shareholder of Hanover Investors Management (Cayman) Limited. Following this purchase, Mr Peacock has a beneficial interest in 180,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company, representing approximately 0.42% of the Company's issued share capital; and Hanover Investors is interested in 9,547,635 ordinary shares of 1p each representing approximately 22.48% of the Company's issued share capital.
