Director's dealings

Formation announces that on 21 November 2008 Alec Craig, a director of the Company, purchased 150,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 5.5 pence per share.

Following the purchase, Alec Craig holds 608,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing approximately 0.28% of the Company's issued share capital.
