Frasers Group is pleased to announce the proposed appointment of Jacky Wright as Non-Executive Director on the 24 September 2025, pending final Board approval.

Jacky Wright is a globally recognised technology executive and advocate for inclusive innovation, with over three decades of experience leading digital transformation across the private and public sectors. She most recently served as Chief Technology and Platform Officer at McKinsey & Company, where she led the firm's tech strategy, AI transformation and technology modernisation efforts, and she was with Microsoft for over 10 years where she served as Chief Digital Officer. Other experience includes leadership roles at BP, General Electric and HMRC. Jacky has served on multiple corporate and non-profit boards, mentored emerging leaders and continues to shape the future of technology through ethical leadership, innovation, and a commitment to equity.

This reaffirms the Group's ongoing commitment to elevating its Board and confidence in its long-term growth strategy.
