Franchise Brands plc, a multi-brand international franchisor, was informed on 25 April 2017 that NetCap Limited's shareholding in the Company increased to 3,373,134 ordinary shares of 0.5 each, equivalent to 4.34 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital, on 11 April 2017.

The Board has a clear strategy to build the Group by the selective, earnings enhancing acquisition of high quality franchise businesses that can benefit from its central services, whilst addressing the same B2B and B2C market as its existing brands.
