Change of Name for Vale International Group Ltd.

 

 

 

Vale International Group Ltd. (the "Company"), incorporated in the British Virgin Islands ("BVI") has changed its name to Fragrant Prosperity Holdings Limited.

 

 

Trading of the Company's shares under the name Fragrant Prosperity Holdings Limited will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 12 December 2017.

 

Trading from 8.00 a.m. on 12 December will be under the Company's new ISIN number VGG368811037 and SEDOL number BD2C6Q2. The new TIDM of the Company shall be FPP.
