First Property Group PLC07 December 2006 Total Voting Rights In accordance with the transitional provisions of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, First Property Group plc ("First Property") confirms that its issued share capital comprises 111,601,115 ordinary shares of 1p each. All of the ordinary shares have equal voting rights, and none of the ordinary shares is held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in First Property is therefore 111,601,115. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of First Property under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
