Current report according to Article 99 (s) of the Code of the Bucharest Stock Exchange Market Operator, Title II, Issuers and Financial Instruments Events to be reported: Corporate changes at the level of Fondul Proprietatea S.A. Franklin Templeton International Services S.À R.L., in its capacity as alternative investment fund manager and sole director (the "Fund Manager") of Fondul Proprietatea SA (the "Fund"), would like to inform shareholders that Mr. Dan Gheorghe, Mr. Călin Meteș and Mr. Daniel Naftali have been appointed as permanent representatives of the Fund Manager at the level of the Fund. The said changes are effective as of today and do not affect the other permanent representatives of the Fund Manager at the level of the Fund, namely Mr. Craig Blair, Mr. Johan Meyer, Mr. Mike Sommer, Mrs. Oana - Valentina Truţa and Mrs. Denise Voss.
