Long Term Incentive Plan Awards
Notification of Transactions by Executive Directors
Foxtons Group plc (the "Company") announces that it granted the following awards on 16 March 2015 to Executive Directors in accordance with the rules of the Foxtons Group plc Long Term Incentive Plan (the "LTIP").

The awards were made in the form of nil-cost options, which will, subject to the rules of the LTIP, vest following the Remuneration Committee's determination of the extent to which the performance conditions applicable to the award have been satisfied. Full details of these performance conditions will be set out in the Company's Directors' Remuneration Report for the year ending 31 December 2014. To the extent the performance conditions have been satisfied, the nil-cost options are then normally exercisable until the earlier of the seventh anniversary of vesting and the tenth anniversary of the grant date, subject to the individual's ongoing employment.
This notification has been issued pursuant to the Company's notification obligations under Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4.
