(the "Company")

Foxtons Group plc (Foxtons) announces that, following her appointment as Chairman of Admiral Group, Annette Court has today given notice that she will be standing down as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from the Company's Annual General Meeting on 17 May 2017.

A further announcement about the position of Senior Independent Director will be released in due course.

Garry Watts, Chairman of Foxtons said:

On behalf of Foxtons, I would like to thank Annette for her valuable contribution as a Non-Executive Director and Senior Independent Director of Foxtons since the Company's IPO in 2013. I would also like to congratulate her on her new role as Chairman of Admiral Group and wish her every success for the future.
