Notification of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility or Connected Persons

The Company received a notification on 27 November 2008 from Mr. K.J. Minton, a Director of the Company informing it that on 27 November 2008 he purchased 300,000 ordinary shares at 105p per share. As a result, Mr. K.J. Minton's total interest in the Company is 1,718,010 shares representing 6.71% of the Company's issued share capital of the Company that currently stands at 25,600,552 shares.
