4imprint Group plc Board Changes

4imprint Group plc ("4imprint") announces the appointment of John Poulter as a Non Executive Director of the 4imprint Board with effect from 1 May 2010. It is intended that Mr Poulter will take up the role of Chairman on 1 September 2010 when the present Chairman, Ken Minton, will retire.

John Poulter is a former Chairman and former Chief Executive of Spectris plc and has wide experience in a range of business areas. He has served on several public and private Boards during his career, most recently as Chairman of Filtronic plc.
