4imprint Group plc Board Changes

 

4imprint Group plc ("4imprint") announces the appointment of John Poulter as a Non Executive Director of the 4imprint Board with effect from 1 May 2010. It is intended that Mr Poulter will take up the role of Chairman on 1 September 2010 when the present Chairman, Ken Minton, will retire.

 

John Poulter is a former Chairman and former Chief Executive of Spectris plc and has wide experience in a range of business areas. He has served on several public and private Boards during his career, most recently as Chairman of Filtronic plc.

 

Ken Minton said

 

"I am delighted that John Poulter will succeed me as Chairman of 4imprint. John comes with a wide experience of industrial management and I'm sure he will make a very valuable contribution to the continuing growth of the 4imprint Group".
