Board changes

As announced on 25 February 2021, John Warren will be stepping down from the 4imprint Board and as Chair of the Audit Committee with effect from the close of the 4imprint AGM on 18 May 2021. Upon John's retirement, the following further changes will be effected:

· John Gibney will be appointed as Chair of the Audit Committee and will also be appointed to the Nomination Committee and the Remuneration Committee.

· Charles Brady will become the Senior Independent Director and will step down as Chair of the Nomination Committee.

· Tina Southall will be appointed Chair of the Nomination Committee.
