Forterra plc (the "Company") was notified on 23 October 2025 that on the same day Nigel Lingwood, Chair purchased 50,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of £1.798.
Nigel Lingwoods's total beneficial interest in the Ordinary Shares of the Company now stands at 50,000 Ordinary Shares.
