Dividend Record Date - Correction
Fintel (AIM: FNTL), announces a correction to the record date of its interim dividend noted in the announcement of its half year results for the 6 months ended 30 June 2025 ("Half Year Results Announcement").
In the Half Year Results Announcement, the Company announced an interim dividend of 1.3p payable to shareholders on the register on 26 September 2024. Such date is hereby corrected in order that the interim dividend is payable to shareholders on the register on 26 September 2025. The ex-dividend date and payment date remain unchanged from the Half Year Results Announcement.
