Fintel plc, the leading independent provider of fintech and support services to the UK's retail financial services sector, is pleased to announce that it has been notified that certain directors of the Company (the "Directors") and persons closely associated to the Directors, have purchased, in aggregate, 190,243 ordinary shares in the Company as listed below.
Following this transaction, the Directors have a resulting interest in the ordinary shares of the Company as listed below.
