The following amendment has been made to the 'Non-Executive Board Changes' announcement released on 22 March 2024 at 11:30 under RNS No 9895H.

"Mr Carr has no direct or indirect interest in the Company's issued share capital" has been changed to "Mr Carr holds 1,666,667 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") and options over 833,334 Ordinary Shares, with an exercise price of A$0.10 each."

All other details remain unchanged.

Non-Executive Board Changes

Future Metals NL ("Future Metals" or the "Company", ASX|AIM: FME) announces the resignation of current Non-Executive Director, Elizabeth Henson, who will step down effectively immediately to focus on other business interests.

The Board of Future Metals expresses its sincere thanks to Ms Henson for her services and dedication to the Company and wishes her well in other ventures.

The Board is also pleased to announce the appointment of Mr John Carr to the role of non-executive director to the Company.

John is an entrepreneur, executive and chemical engineer and notably was co-founder of New Century Resources, which acquired and restarted the Century Zinc Mine in Queensland, Australia. As Chief Development Officer, John was responsible for the development of the large-scale brownfield base metal mine re-start and expansion at Century, now a top-15 global zinc producer and Australia's largest tailings reprocessing operation. John also led the acquisition of the Mt Lyell Copper Mine from Vedanta Resources. In 2023, New Century was acquired by multinational PGM and gold producer, Sibanye Stillwater Ltd.

AIM Rules for Companies, Schedule 2(g) Disclosures for Mr John Carr

As required by Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies, the Company confirms that John Scott Carr, aged 40, is currently a director/partner, or has been a director/partner in the past five years, of the companies listed below:

Mr Carr holds 1,666,667 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") and options over 833,334 Ordinary Shares, with an exercise price of A$0.10 each.

There is no further information to be disclosed pursuant to Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
