Exercise of Options

Future Metals NL ("Future Metals" or the "Company", ASX | AIM: FME), a platinum group metals focussed company, announces that it has received a notice of exercise in respect of options to subscribe for 20,000 new ordinary shares of no par value in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of A$0.10 per Ordinary Share (the "Option Shares").

Admission to trading on AIM and total voting rights

Application will be made to the London Stock Exchange for admission of the abovementioned Option Shares to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective and that dealings in the Option Shares will commence on AIM at 8.00 a.m. (London time) on or around 12 October 2022.

On Admission, the number of Ordinary Shares in issue and the total voting rights in the Company will be 409,704,037 (such figure includes the 7,142,856 placing shares being admitted on the same date as per the Company's announcement of 3 October 2022). This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change of their interest in, the Company under the notification provisions incorporated in the Company's constitution.

This announcement has been approved for release by the Board of Future Metals NL.
