Future Metals NL ("Future Metals" or the "Company", ASX|AIM: FME ), a platinum group metals focused company, was notified on 27 June 2022 that Mr Jardee Kininmonth, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 350,000 ordinary shares of no par value in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at a price of A$0.15 per Ordinary Share, on 24 June 2022. Accordingly, Mr Kininmonth is now interested in 350,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.10 per cent. of the Company's existing issued share capital and also holds 2,400,000 performance rights expiring 31 January 2025 (with various vesting targets) under the Company's Performance Rights Plan.
The PDMR notification form below, made in accordance with the requirements of the UK version of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC, which is part of UK law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, as amended, provides further details.
