Board Changes and AGM Resolutions Updates

Future Metals NL ("Future Metals" or the "Company", ASX | AIM: FME) announces that Mr Robert (Rob) Mosig has advised the Company that he will not seek re-election as a Non-Executive Director of the Company at the forthcoming 2023 Annual General Meeting on 17 November 2023 ("AGM") and will thereby resign effective from the close of the AGM.

Future Metals' Chairman, Justin Tremain, commented:

"Rob has advised that he is stepping down from the Board to focus on his other roles which require an increasing amount of his time. On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Rob for his efforts and service to the Company over the past two and a half years, providing valuable insight and experience to the Company following the acquisition of the Panton Project."

As a result, the Company advises it has:

(a) withdrawn Resolution 2 (Re-Election of a Director - Mr Robert Mosig) referred to in the 2023 Notice of Annual General Meeting dated 19 October 2023 ("Notice") from the business of the AGM; and

(b) proposes to include an additional resolution pursuant to Section 250R(1) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) without notice and seek the re-election of Mr Justin Tremain to ensure the Company's ongoing compliance with its constitution and Listing Rule 14.5.

The withdrawal of Resolution 2 will not affect the validity of the proxy form attached to the Notice or any proxy votes submitted in respect of the other resolutions in the Notice.
