Result of General Meeting
Flybe Group plc (the "Company") is pleased to announce that at the General Meeting of the Company held at Flybe Training Academy, Exeter International Airport, Exeter, EX5 2LJ at 11.00am on 2 August 2013, an ordinary resolution approving the Exchange of Flybe's London Gatwick arrival and departure slots to easyJet plc was decided by a show of hands and passed by shareholders. Details of the resolution were set out in the circular posted to shareholders on 17 July 2013.
The number of proxy votes for and against the resolution put before the General Meeting and the number of proxy votes withheld were as follows:
