Appointment of Auditor
Falanx Group Limited, the global cybersecurity and intelligence provider, announces that, following a periodic review, BDO LLP has been appointed as auditors to the Group.
Kingston Smith LLP, the outgoing auditors has confirmed that there are no circumstances connected with its resignation which it considers should be brought to the attention of the members or creditors of the Company.
The Board of Falanx would like to thank Kingston Smith LLP for its work with the Group over the past six years.
