Paddy Power Betfair plc (the "Company")
Transaction in Own Shares
The Company announces that on 21 November 2018 it had purchased a total of 6,559 of its ordinary shares of EUR 0.09 each (the "ordinary shares") on the London Stock Exchange and the Irish Stock Exchange, trading as Euronext Dublin, through the Company's broker, Goodbody Stockbrokers UC ("Goodbody") as detailed below. The repurchased shares will be cancelled.

The purchases form part of the Company's share buyback programme announced on 8 August 2018.
Following settlement of the above purchases, the Company's total number of ordinary shares in issue shall be 80,137,269 ordinary shares, each carrying the right to one vote. The Company also holds 1,965,600 ordinary shares in treasury, which do not carry voting rights.
