Group CFO transition
Further to the announcement on 21 October 2022, Flutter confirms that Paul Edgecliffe-Johnson will replace Jonathan Hill as Group Chief Financial Officer effective 20 March 2023. Jonathan Hill will take up the position of Group Chief Operating Officer with effect from 20 March 2023 and will remain as a Director of Flutter until the conclusion of Flutter's Annual General Meeting in April 2023.
