Pursuant to paragraph 6.6.8(2) of the Euronext Dublin Listing Rules and Listing Rule 9.6.14(2) of the FCA Listing Rules, the Company hereby announces that Peter Jackson, Chief Executive Officer, shall be appointed as a non-executive director and a member of the Nomination Committee and the Audit and Risk Committee of Deliveroo plc ("Deliveroo") with effect from 1 January 2022. Deliveroo is listed on the London Stock Exchange.
