Conversion Rate for 2018 Final Dividend

Further to the Preliminary Results announcement of the Group for the year ended 31 December 2018 released on 6 March 2019, the Company has determined that the exchange rate to be applied to its 2018 Final Dividend is Ā£1:ā¬1.1637, being the exchange rate as disclosed by the Central Bank of Ireland at the close of business on 2 May 2019.

Accordingly, the Euro equivalent of the 2018 Final Dividend of 133 pence per ordinary share will be 154.7721 cents per ordinary share.

Subject to shareholders' approval at the Company's upcoming Annual General Meeting on 15 May 2019, the Final Dividend will be paid on 21 May 2019 to shareholders on the register as at 12 April 2019.
