2019 Final Dividend
On 27 March 2020 the Company announced that, subject to approval at its 2020 Annual General Meeting to be held on 14 May 2020, the 2019 Final Dividend of 133 pence per ordinary share will be paid in the form of new ordinary shares through the issuance of new ordinary shares of €0.09 each (the "Bonus Shares").
The Company announces that the price of each Bonus Share will be 7,938 pence, being the average of the closing mid-price for the Company's ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange Daily Official List for the five consecutive dealing days commencing on (and including) the Ex-dividend Date (9 April 2020).
The Bonus shares will be issued on 22 May 2020 to shareholders on the Company's register of members as at 7.00pm on 14 April 2020.
