Director's Shareholding
The Company was informed on 24 November 2009 that, on the same day, Richard Smith, Chief Financial Officer, gifted 20,000 ordinary shares held by him to his wife for nil consideration.
Following this transaction, Mr Smith's beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged at 1,740,377 ordinary shares, representing approximately 3.16 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
