The Company has been informed that on 22 September 2011 Adrian Hutchings, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 69,500 ordinary shares at a price of 28.5 pence per share and Clare Spottiswoode purchased 167,000 ordinary shares at a price of 28.5 pence per share. Following these transactions Mr Hutchings holds 11,365,465 ordinary shares, representing 17.4% of the Company's current issued share capital and Ms Spottiswoode holds 167,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.3% of the Company's current issued share capital.
