Change of name
Flowgroup plc (AIM: FLOW), which develops and commercialises alternative and efficient energy products, announces that, following shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting on 17 June 2013 to change the Company's name from Energetix Group plc, the change of name has become effective.
The Company now trades on AIM under the name Flowgroup plc and the ticker FLOW.
