Directors' Dealings
Frontier IP (AIM: FIPP), a specialist in commercialising intellectual property, has been informed by Michael Bourne, Non-Executive Director, that on 5 November 2020 his ISA purchased 148,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 67p per share and that, on 5 November 2020, his SIPP sold 148,000 Ordinary Shares at 67p per share. Following these transactions, Mr Bourne continues to have an interest in 458,170 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.83 per cent. of the current issued share capital of the Company.
The Company also announces that it has today been informed by Andrew Richmond, Non-Executive Chairman, that his SIPP has today purchased 150,000 Ordinary at 65.75p per share and that he has today sold 150,000 Ordinary Shares at 65.75p per share (including 75,000 Ordinary Shares from his ISA). Following these transactions, Mr Richmond continues to have an interest in 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.82 per cent. of the current issued share capital of the Company.
