AGM Statement

Frontier IP, which specialises in the commercialisation of university intellectual property, will be holding its Annual General Meeting today and Chairman, Andrew Richmond, will make the following statement on trading,

"Frontier IP made encouraging progress in the last financial year and we were pleased to report in November the establishment of a new spin-out company, PulsiV Solar Limited, under our long-term IP commercialisation relationship with Plymouth University.

We are currently focused on assisting a number of our portfolio companies in fundraisings, which are anticipated to complete in the current financial year. Their successful completion will materially benefit Frontier IP's full year results, reflecting upward revaluations of investments as well as advisory fees. In addition, we anticipate further additions to the Group's portfolio over the remainder of the year.
