Dr Abdulrahman Al Muhairi (AAM) is the 100% beneficial owner of Tejara Capital International (Jersey) Limited. AAM acquired the shares on Admission and has at all times since Admission and to 27 April 2020 been the underlying beneficial owner of the shares. After Admission the shares were held in the name of Tejara Capital Investment Bank Limited pursuant to a declaration of trust from AAM dated 17th May 2019. AAM transferred the beneficial interest in the shares to his wholly owned company, Tejara Capital International (Jersey) Limited, on 27 April 2020. Wealth Nominees Limited, a division of Equiniti Financial Services Limited, is the registered holder of the shares. Although AAM shares the same family name of Khaleefa Butti Omair Yousif Al Muhairi, he has had no connection in relation to AAM's investment in the Company.
