Finablr (UK): Suspension of Listing
Informative Notice
16 March 2020
FTSE Russell notes the suspension from trading of Finablr (UK, BJ7HMW2, FTSE 250 Index) from 16 March 2020. In conjunction with the March review, Finablr was ranked as an exclusion from the FTSE 250 Index, and addition to the FTSE SmallCap based on its closing price on Tuesday 03 March 2020 (FTSE UK Index Series Review rank date).
If Finablr has resumed trading by close of business on Wednesday 18 March 2020, its FTSE UK Index Series review changes will be implemented for the open of Monday 23 March 2020 as announced.
If Finablr has not resumed trading by close of business on Wednesday 18 March 2020, it will be retained within its current Index membership (i.e. FTSE 250 Index) over the index review effective date at its last traded price, until such time it resumes trading. Finablr will continue to be monitored in conjunction with the Suspended Companies' rule as detailed within the Corporate Actions and Events Guide.
FTSE Russell will communicate any change to its current valuation or Index membership, and any changes will be implemented providing a minimum of two days' notice.
