("FIH" or the "Company")
Issue of Equity
The Company announces the issue and allotment of 5,000 new ordinary FIH shares (the "Shares") following the exercise of options granted under the Falkland Islands Holdings plc Executive Share Option Scheme.
Application has been made for the Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission") and dealings in the Shares are expected to commence on 29 September 2010. Following Admission the Company will have 9,218,902 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in issue.
