Total Voting Rights

In accordance with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company wishes to notify the market of the following:-

The Company's issued share capital consists of 63,936,556 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"), all with voting rights. No shares were held in treasury at the date of this announcement. The total number of current voting rights in the Company is therefore 63,936,556.

The above figure (63,936,556 Ordinary Shares) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company.
