Application has been made to the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange ("AIM") for 209,410 Ordinary Shares of 1p each to be admitted to trading.
The shares ranking pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary Shares in issue have been allotted in accordance with the exercise of warrants in accordance with the rules.
Admission is expected to be effective on 22 March 2007.
Following admission the issued shares capital of the Company's ordinary shares will be 48,974,578 shares and 2,358,865 warrants.
