Fyffes PLC29 December 2006 Stock Exchange Announcement Fyffes announces Board Changes In connection with the demerger of its general produce and distributionbusiness, Fyffes announces the following Board changes: Carl McCann, Chairman, Rory Byrne, Managing Director of the General Produce andDistribution division and Frank Gernon, Finance Director will resign from theBoard of Fyffes with effect from 30 December 2006. Carl McCann, Rory Byrne andFrank Gernon have been appointed to the Board of Total Produce plc as Chairman,Chief Executive and Finance Director respectively. Following the resignations noted above, with effect from 30 December 2006, DavidMcCann will become Chairman of Fyffes, Jimmy Tolan will become Chief Executiveand Coen Bos will become Chief Operating Officer. In addition, Tom Murphy,Deputy Managing Director / Finance Director of the Tropical Produce division,will be appointed to the Board of Fyffes as Finance Director on the 2 January2007. Rose Hynes (Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee) has beenappointed as a Non-Executive Director of Total Produce plc and will resign fromthe Board of Fyffes with effect from 30 April 2007, following completion of the2006 audit.
