Final Date for Warrant Exercise
In accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the warrant instrument dated 7 March 2006 constituting the issue by the Company of 10,000,000 warrants to subscribe for its Ordinary shares ("Warrants"), the final date for exercising the subscription rights conferred by the Warrants is 31 March 2011. Holders of Warrants are hereby notified that cancellation of the Warrants to trading on AIM will take effect at 8am on 1 April 2011.
