FastForward Innovations Limited (AIM: FFWD) announces:

The appointment of Peel Hunt LLP as Nomad and Broker with immediate effect.

That the Board has decided to internally manage certain administrative functions of the Company and therefore has terminated the contract with Elysium Fund Management Limited to act as administrator to the Company. The Board wishes to thank Elysium for its support during the recent structural changes to the Company.

The Board has approved the appointment of Mr Josh Epstein as the Company Secretary. Mr Epstein began his legal career with Baker Botts LLP, an international law firm, where his practice focused on venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and private and public securities offerings. Subsequently, Mr Epstein continued to practice with Bissex & Watson P.C., a boutique corporate law firm based in Austin, Texas, and has also been an investor and principal in successful ventures in the real estate and retail spaces. Mr Epstein completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Texas where he earned a BBA in finance from the McCombs School of Business and a BA from the English Honors Program. He earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Texas, School of Law, graduating with Honors and as a member of the Texas Law Review. Mr Epstein also holds an MBA from the Acton School of Business, where he was Valedictorian of his MBA class.

The registered office of the Company has today changed to 11 New Street, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 2PF.
